Financial Services Authority

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent organisation responsible for regulating financial services in the UK.

Both Cherish Insurance Brokers Limited and AXA Insurance UK plc (the policy underwriters) are authorised and regulated by the FSA.

This can be checked on the FSA's register by visiting the FSA's website at www.fsa.gov.uk/register/ or by contacting them on 0845 606 1234.

Cherish Insurance Brokers' number on the FSA register is 304153.
AXA's number on the FSA register is 201883.

Financial Ombudsman Service

The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent body that arbitrates on complaints about general insurance products. It will only consider complaints after our normal complaints procedure has been exhausted.

Services Insurance & Investment Advisory Panel

Cherish Insurance Brokers Limited is a member of the Services Insurance and Investment Advisory Panel.

SIIAP is a collection of authorised insurance and independent investment advisers which is recognised by the Ministry of Defence and operates on behalf of Service personnel.

Members of SIIAP operate to a strict code of practice and are all specialists in their own field.
